Introduction: My name is Christina and I am the owner of Empowered Elements Group. I use cutting-edge techniques to help my clients overcome what's holding them back or stopping them from getting what they really want from life. After releasing and getting the lesson, we then have the clarity and congruency needed to focus on what they truly want, need, and desire. I am a certified hypnotherapist and certified quit smoking specialist. In addition to alternative therapy, I also provide workshops, empowerment events, and training. I offer a range of services tailored to meet your individual needs and life circumstances. I will be forthcoming on my recommendation for your problem or circumstance. Sometimes the simple answer is not the lasting solution. I liken it to putting a band-aid on a broken leg. It takes a lot of courage to seek the help you need. It is my goal to guide you in resolving, releasing, and finding answers so that you can live a happy, peaceful, and empowered life!

It has been a pleasure working with Christine. She has a calm and welcoming demeanor, making it easy to feel comfortable. Christine created a safe space for me to explore my emotions and be vulnerable. She is thoughtful, reflective, and incredibly intuitive. These skills enabled her to truly dial into exactly what I needed in each session. Christine is a master communicator, easy to understand and articulate. These changes that she facilitated resulted in personal growth for me that I have proudly maintained. My approach is unlike traditional therapy and counseling. We will get to the root cause of the problem and give you tools so that you have clarity on what you want, and you are also empowered with skills and tools to be successful moving forward in life.

Congratulations on making the decision to make a change in your life! As you seek to take action, be sure to take the time to be sure you are a match and have rapport with whomever you choose. This is why I offer a free intake call to ensure we can move forward in resolving your problem together, and if not, guide you on the right path for success.
