I am a Florida-licensed (MA7603) massage therapist since 1987 practicing integrative massage - a blend of techniques learned over the years, including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy - for relaxation and pain relief.

I am also offering European-style facials, Bellanina face lift massage and Parafango body wraps.

    I worked at a Wellness Center in Punta Gorda for a number of years and treated myself to many one hour massages. I never felt 1/2 hour was enough. However, I recently had my first hour and a half session recently by Patricia of Oasis Massage and it was great. I specifically asked for a longer session of deep tissue massage because I had to be in a wheelchair in June and July of 2011, and have been stiff and having back, hip and knee problems ever since. It was great. Patricia was very gentle, yet firm. She pulled back when SHE sensed it may be a bit too uncomfortable. I just closed my eyes, listened to the soothing music and lost track of time. Great experience. I will definitely start having deep tissue massages from Patricia on a regular basis.

A. People who are new to massage want to know what to wear. I explain the draping techniques employed - that they are always fully covered except for the area I'm working on - and leaving underwear on is encouraged.

Others want to know about the techniques used; e.g.,do I perform deep tissue massage - yes.
