- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. I like to discuss this private structure with my client since hours spend, extent of service, individual needs, etc. are a factor in quoting a price for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I subscribe to many magazines, journals, and read books constantly in order to keep up with new techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into the exercise field 32 years ago and just realized how proper nutrition goes hand in hand with fitness. You can't have one without the other. It was a natural fit. I became involved in 1978 with Ann Wigmore, founder of Hippocrates Health Institute located in West Palm Beach, Florida and saw the miraculous work they have been doing and I really really really wanted to be part of it. It became my passion and my goal was to disseminate this passion to help others change their lives for the better.
