As an executive chef for over 25 years, I have executed numerous successful events. I am a very fortunate to have catered for many types of palate, so my knowledge of food is tremendous. I specialize in not only one but many diffferent cuisines, e.g. Jamaican, Greek, Thai, Italian, Vegan, etc.
I will cater from 2 to ?, and my customers are truly pleased not only with the taste of my food but also the presentation; "We eat with our eyes."

A. I have a passion for cooking and creating food for my guests. My food does not only taste great but it looks great.

A. I love seeing and hearing the comments from my guests about the food, and presentation of what i produce for my guests.

A. The most frequent question is what is your favorite food to make. My answer is I love to cook all types of food, that is why I named my catering company Fusion. I love to marry my foods together.
