A. You should know that no credit repair company is allowed to take money up front for doing credit repair. We comply by all regulations and even offer a per item plan.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Many collection companies and even creditors violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act by incorrectly reporting your account. They are also governed by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Billing Act. No credit repair company can guarantee you a particular success rate.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you comply with the Credit Repair Organziational Act (CROA)? Do you know about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)? Can you guarantee me a 100% success rate?
