Great Computer Service John helped us out installing and setting up a new computer, as well as reloading the old one so we could us it again. I highly recommend Computer Remedy Man for any computer repair. He also did a few other things we asked him about, setup our printers, showed us how to do some things, like E-Bay. My computer could not boot, and I could not even type or use the mouse. Computer Remedy Man was punctual and did magical things to my computer (along with some extras). Only took 1hr and 45min. My computer is as good as new. Thank you!! Highly recommended.

John, the Computer Remedy Man, totally SAVED MY JOB!!! I am a court reporter in South Florida and I am responsible for maintaining the record of everything that is said or done in any proceedings I report for. This is some serious data that Im responsible for safeguarding covering many types of cases. Losing these files could not only cost me my license and my job, but I could face possible jail time for contempt of Court charges considering that every legal proceeding hinges on whats in the transcript and criminals could not only get out of prison over the loss of a transcript, but others could lose their appeals and/or be wrongfully convicted. All of these records are on the hard drive of my laptop, which just totally quit on me. Geek Squad was going to charge me $1599 to recover data from my failing hard drive!!! I found John on the internet, he responded promptly and got me all fixed up and back to work (and out of any potential legal reprimands). He also set up a program for extra back-up procedures and showed me how to use it. Not only would I highly recommend John, but I immediately gave his information to my firm, which has over 100 reporters with their own highly-sensitive files that I know they can trust him with should a problem arise. Excellent Computer Service I highly recommend Computer Remedy Man. John looked at our computer a few weeks ago. It was completely dead and he told us the motherboard was bad. He gave us a source to get a new board real cheap. The board came in last week and he installed it Saturday. Now our computer is back up and running and it is working great, better than ever.
