I received prompt no hassle service and a thorough analysis and explanation of treatment solutions. Joe demonstrated a genuine concern for correcting this problem with a logical conservative treatment approach. My lawn is healing and is now in good hands!

I bought a wood frame home built in 1972. Had Joe inspect it for termites. Found evidence of minimal previous dry rot termites. Right before we started renovations, we found extensive subterranean termite damage. Florida room was completely eaten, barely standing up. My contractor identified this by noticing evidence in the walls, and was able to push his thumb through the rotten wall with minimal force. He also was able to predict extensive dry rot damage by pushing on the wall in other rooms and hearing the wood cracking. Very disappointed.

I do not have a Stephen L. in my records or database for inspections. If Stephen would like to contact me I always work hard to do the right thing, perform high level pest inspections and treatments. If I or my company did the inspection I would like to know what went wrong and could it have been detected during a thorough inspection or was the evidence in inaccessable locations of the house, walls, attic etc.
