Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask for real testimonials. It is so easy for anyone to type it up and place it on their website. Not always is the cheapest price the best.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Unfortunately this has become one of the easiest trades to fake. Just because someone has a computer it does not mean they were properly trained in the trade.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask for real testimonials. It is so easy for anyone to type it up and place it on their website. Ask where the person went to school. But the most important - ask for real testimonials.
