Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most of our clients have nice vehicles and are tired of driving around with ugly headlights. The most important reason for repairing headlights for our clients is night driving visibility/safety
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. We recently restored headlights for a couple that owned a 2007 Chrysler 300 & 2008 Toyota Camry. We were called put to restore the headlights on the Chrysler and once the owner saw the difference it made he had us do his wifes car as well.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. It's very important to make sure your headlights are going to be restored, not buffed out with a buffer and polished. There's only one way to restore your headlights properly and that involves restoring the clearcoat.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long will my headlights be protected? What method/ product will you use to protect my headlights? How long of a warranty do you offer?
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I have a passion for vehicles and it bothers me to see a nice car that's well kept have dingy looking headlights. I love being able to restore headlights to a like new finish and providing increased visibility during night driving.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I owned and operated a mobile detailing business for 10 years and after doing a complete detail on a $130k Mercedes the car looked beautiful with the exception of cloudy headlights. I began to explore headlight restoration and after years of research. I finally came up with a proven system that works. That's were my journey restoring headlights began.
