I had a set appointment on September 8 at 1 p.m. A gentleman called me and said he would arrive at 12 but didn’t arrive until 1 p.m. He came after 1 p.m. and could not do the job because he said he needed a transformer and said he would run to Home Depot and come back around 2:45. I called him because I needed to pick up my child from school, and he said he couldn’t find the transformer and would order it. OK, fine, I need the job completed before Tuesday. He said I will be back Monday. Monday comes, but he never calls or shows up. Text me after 10 p.m. that he was coming first thing in the morning. He showed up at my home the next day after 1 p.m. I was leaving, and he said I purchased everything I needed to complete the job. I said, in flying out, come back Sunday! He returns today and spends 4 hours installing a ring doorbell, only 1/4 of the job he was supposed to do!! The chime he said he purchased does not work, and he charged me $185 !! I wish I would have never allowed this man to come back to my home !!!

Tech arrive timely and installed my system as I had requested. He was friendly and answered several questions that I had. Installation price was reasonable. The only issue was that their owner had indicated the tech would bring wire and this did not get communicated to the tech. Fortunately, we found a workaround.

The system install was great. We had issues connecting our pandora box, but that had nothing to do with Allsat. I liked the fact the tech kept checking back in with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Good customer service !!!
