I explained what was wrong with my grill. Mr. Carew gave me a complete explanation as to what he would do when he comes out and gave a price quote for time, plus parts. Mr. Carew spent approximately 2 hours cleaning and repairing the grill, he explained what needed to be done and why, fixed the grill to my satisfaction and his quote was accurate. I would recommend his services. E.D.

First, I want to make it clear that I'm not a relative, friend, nor have I even met the owner of Grillmaster, James Carew. Here's my story:
The center burner of my Weber grill wasn't working, so several weeks ago I searched for "gas grill repair Massachusetts" (I live in Northeast Massachusetts). One of the links that was returned was for Grillmaster. I sent them an email asking if they could come to my home. The owner, James, replied via email that his closest tech was too far (over an hour and a half away) but continued on to tell me how to fix the problem. I followed his suggestion and it now works perfectly!
I was blown away by the kindness of a person who took the time and trouble to help me, with no financial benefit to him. That's mighty rare these days! Furthermore, he's since offered suggestions on how to keep it working.
Given how he's treated a total stranger, I can only imagine how superbly he treats his paying customers! Thank you, James, for being an example of one fine human being.

I hired this guy and I must say not worth the money he charges way over priced and takes his time because he charges by the hour

1st off. I do not charge by the hour. I come and give and estimate with an estimate of the hours that the job will take which is agreed apon at the time. And you agreed on the price of the job. I actually went over the hours estimated and did not charge you extra and never do. If the job takes a little longer it is to your benefit because I have taken the extra free time to make sure the job was done properly- as I do with all my jobs. I have never taken my time in my life. It is a bid job as are all of mine.
