- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional services at reasonable rates. We work hard just like you do and know you should get amazing and professional service for your money. We promise to honor our word and do what we say. Few people do this anymore. We believe your reputation is everything, We will stand by our word and what we promise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer to make an appointment for pick up and answer any questions they may have. Then have the customer fill out pickup/drop up questionnaire and contract . This way both costumer and driver are clear on what is expected of them. We then meet the customers at the agreed upon times. Finish the job and then provide exceptional service to the customers. Follow up with customers for satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been moving airplanes, boats on and off the water, furniture, cars, golf carts, atv's, RV's, etc, for over 10 years. Excellent driving records, multiple trucks, and trailers to fit your needs!
