- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing my certification in Professional Life Coaching, and should have my credentials by January, 2013. I will continue to pursue credentialing in the various specialties of coaching.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mediation and conflict resolution. Goal setting (in areas of work, school and life transition), empowering, and coaching to receive an expected end. Perform notarial services (including marriages and other acknowledgements). When my clients speak...I listen, observe, and discover what their needs might be, and then assist them in the navigation process of getting their needs met.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A coach or consultant should recognize that you are unique, and understand that your needs are unique to your situation. Your provider may not have all the answers for you, but they should ask the right questions necessary to help you identify the solutions available to you, or be a good source of referrals. Once the client/provider relationship is established, the mutual desire should be that you have a course of action that is attainable.
