Fantastic program! I joined the sand challenge on September 2013 and I have to say that it will definitely kick your butt. Walter is a great trainer! he has patience, dedication and thanks to him I got in shape in 3 months. He will not only train you, he will motivate you, keep you in track and will make sure you eating healthy. Plus, you get the bonus to train in beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach.
