FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range from $30-50 per half hour depending on what package you purchase. My hourly rates are $55-90 also depending on the package. I do split sessions with some clients who cannot afford the hourly rate but would like to train with others. It is a circuit training type of class. In order to get into this class you must first do a full assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Do I?!! I never stop educating myself on nutrition and exercise. My most recent nutrition cec was with one of the best nutrition scientist I've known - all holistic and natural, learning how to heal diseases and ailments with foods which is what I truly believe so it was a great program for me. I am also going through the C.H.E.K institute for my next certification which is very difficult and consists of various prerequisites plus a full week of classroom learning and a tough test afterwards. I would recommend the C.H.E.K institute to anyone who is either looking for a trainer or is looking to become one. They are the best in the field and really know the body.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help my clients lose weight, gain lean muscle, learn how to eat better, increase self-esteem, feel better, balance, relieve back pain by strengthening the core or stretching tight muscles, flexibility, mental acuity, sleep/wake cycle, quit smoking, stress management, breathing techniques, productivity, and a myriad of other health issues.
