Leila, the owner of Sculpted Physiques is one of the most professional, well spoken, knowledgeable trainers I've ever had he pleasure of working with. She has taught me not only how to train best for my body but what muscular imbalances I have and which corrective exercises to do. I learned a great deal about nutrition and what foods work best for my body. I highly recommend her and praise her skills to all of my friends and family. She has the educational background and experience that all trainers should have but few actually do. The facility is a wonderful place to train, peaceful and private for those who do not feel comfortable going to public gyms. 5 stars all the way!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If you really are interested in working to get healthy I am the trainer for you. If you think you can take a pill or take the easy way out then you will want to find a trainer who promises "6 minute abs." You have to do the work. I will help you reach your fitness/health goals but ultimately YOU must do the work yourself. There is not easy way. It takes dedication and discipline. It is a lifestyle, not an easy fix!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. You should ask about the kind of education and experience a Trainer has. Also, what kind of training they do and what their training philosophy is. You have to match your personalities. You should know yourself to know what kind of Trainer will get through to you and be able to help you. It's important to do a consulation or talk to the Trainer to see if he/she is the right person for you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I live my purpose which is to help others live healthier lives not only in the physical but emotional, mental and spiritual. It is all interconnected. I give my time to my clients and truly care about his/her welfare. I check in to see that they are on track and consult with them to find out if there needs to be any tweaking of their programs. When you feel that you are living your purpose as I do, it's not just a job but a calling.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. My prices range from $30-40 per half hour depending on how many times you train a week. 3x a week it is $30. 2x a week it is $40. My hourly rates are 60-80 also depending on how many times a week you average. I do split sessions with some clients who cannot afford the hourly rate but would like to train with others. It is a circuit training type of class. In order to get into this class you much first do a full assessment.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. I would advise a person who wanted to get into this business to get his/her training from the Chek Institute, www.chekinstitute.com. They are the best. The education you get with them cannot be rivaled by any other International training company in the world. I really thought I knew it all before getting another certification with them. I realized I had a lot more to learn. It's very challenging and difficult but worth it!
