Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. I design customized fitness programs for a variety of fitness levels and ages. I assist clients with goal setting, motivation and diet and nutrition. I offer fun, challenging, motivating workouts that burn calories, increase energy and endurance and build muscle. Workouts are offered in a variety of settings including home, gym, office, beach or park.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. I have helped clients lose weight, build muscle, train for specific events (mud runs, weddings, etc) and for health related issues. I help people get fit and stay fit. I also help clients learn good nutritional habits to maintain their fitness goals. Whatever your goal, I can help you get and stay there.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you find a trainer that you are compatible with - you're going to be spending quite a bit of time together, so you should like each other! Find a trainer who is certified, and who does this as their full-time job - not just a hobby - it can make a world of difference in the quality of training you receive.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are no get-fit-quick recipes. You need to put in the work with your trainer, and on your own. Getting and staying healthy is a lifestyle choice. Remember, you are what you eat! Once you start looking and feeling better, it becomes a habit, and you'll be well on your way to your fitness goals.

A. How long have you been training clients? What are your certifications? How many clients do you have? How often do you train clients? What is your training style?

A. Are they ready to make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle? Please make sure you're ready to do the work if you really want to see results. A consistent fitness plan and diet is imperative if you want to reach your goals.

A. I like to make people comfortable, that doesn't mean I won't push you. Besides, you'll be so strong when I'm done I won't be able to:)
