FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not a discount gym or personal trainer. In this industry, you get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by other trainers who offer you low rates. Pre-paid package rates are available. Respectfully, I ask that you please do not contact me if my quote is out of your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin to train, we go through a thorough health-history evaluation together. It would be unethical if I began working with you without knowing your background. I will get your body measurements as well, so we know our starting point. The same day, you will have your first 45-minute workout. Intensity will vary, depending on your specific fitness starting point. Future sessions will proceed, with a specific plan tailored to meet your specific needs. Each session will be different, so your motivation stays sustained and you continue to be eager to work out. Every few months, we will take body measurements so you can track your progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
