Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Repair a/c compressors,fan motors,leaks replace a/c units,repair replace plumbing-sinks toilets,showers,sewer/gas/water lines. Disposals. Solar
install solar panels water/pool heaters. Electric power

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. A/C- 4 ton rheem a/c rheem 16 seer,ductwork replacement and installation of new units.
A/C 3 ton fridigare 24 seer a/c change out.
PLUMBING-complete hi rise condo remoldling.
SOLAR.9kw pv power installation,40 panels,inverters and wiring


Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check contractor licensing,many unlicensed persons are
working illegally.They can give a cheap price,so be careful,when they get caught,and shut down you have
to pay to fix the damages.
the price is lower,but they have no insurance,or they dont
cover warrante. So if there is a problem they just leave. Also
how long they have been in buisness,with out complaints. How do they treat you as a customer,do they answer when you call or is it days later. Our company is lic. And insured. We have been in buisness for 25 yrs. We answer our phone always and cover our warranties,we treat our customers with honesty and repect.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Find the best contractor that knows his trade and price is not the only thing to consider. Design is the starting point
to a great job. Getting a plan in action that is well designed
is key

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Check licensing and insurance,see if any complaints filed with licensing board. Get at least 3 referances. Have a contract detailing exactly what you are to have done and the exact price. Any additional work must be negotiated prior to starting. A written warrante of all materials and workmanship needs to be in all contracts. Check for permits. If they need a permit dont start work without it. Have a start and completion date in contract. Get lien releases from all suppliers and subcontractors so you dont get stuck with unpaid bills
that can turn up as a lien on your property. Get 3 bids on the project to see that you have a fair price

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What is there project objective and what is the budget
theyhave to spend. Then we can put a proposal in to meet
these objectives. We keep in mind that the job has to be done perfectly with in the customers bugdet. This is a winning combination
