What a horrible experience! We hired Traveling Smiles Photography for a family photo and some pictures of the kids. We were supposed to have a two hour session with prints and a cd within two weeks. She arrived 15 minutes late to the shoot, still had to set up, and did not have a confirmed shelter for the pictures. I never received the cd or the prints and are using my family as a portfolio builder on facebook. The kids have their hair and hands in their face in almost all the photos and I was told that is a natural candid shot. The filter she uses on her touch up photos is to cover up her mistakes for lack of composition. When I tried to request if there were different shots or filters, she indicated this is her best opinion of the images received and I had to accept her creativity. Her choices of photos of my family are not even good to hang in my living room. She is rude and unprofessional from the moment she received her money. Its ashamed she would take advantage of creating memories with my family. I hope no one else makes the same mistake.

This entire post is a complete lie. This woman likes to have work and services done for free. Her unreasonable demands are abusive and no professional should ever stand it. Your defamation of my company can cause legal actions and you will be hearing from my lawyer.

What an experience. And learn to trust within the artist. By that I mean I was first taken back that I would be shooting at a city park in Coconut Creek. As I parked it appeared as any other typical city park, picnic tables and plenty of land, until......we walk towards the back part of one of the fields and we walk up on the back side of a stable with seven horses grazing in the background....simply beautiful. From that moment on, I was overly impressed. She positioned myself and my girlfriend, sometimes together and other time apart in various poses utilizing various angles of the sunlight and multiple aspects of the environment around us. The shoot lasted a little over an hour. We had three outfit changes, and to be quite honest I was a little unsure of one of her selections. But that is where the trust in the artist must be given because on viewing the picture they were simply amazing. Jani made every part of the photo shoot smooth and relaxed. Her calm and confident demeanor helped relax us and allowed for that to translate onto the photos. Once receiving the photos my girlfriend and I could not have been happier. Jani is an outstanding photographer and I look forward to shooting again with her, as we have already booked the next photo shoot. On a side note, the review written on December 21 could not have been further from the truth. Luckily for me, I didn't read that review before working with Jani, as I would have missed out a great experience. When I see something like that, I feel that person has either unrealistic expectations or was simply looking for a free ride.

Finding the right photographer sometimes takes time and effort. Try to find a photographer that understands your needs and whom is willing to work to achieve the best result possible. Guide yourself by their images. Words can be taken lightly but proof is hard to erase. Look for honestly, punctuality and professionalism.
