The latest and greatest "Future Tech" is ready NOW at POS, International. We now also offer automatic Smartphone and "Pad" device detection and rendering. Which means we can now INCLUDE mobile access to any of our applications.
This has also spawned another technology, and that is the "Cardless" or Card Free" card. Whether it be a Gift card, Loyalty Card, Membership card, Prepaid card. etc we can now provide solutions which remove the "Plastic" form the cards and "Move" the card function to the consumer's smartphone.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Back in 1986 we invented the "7 Essentials" of computerization, and have lived by that credo ever since. We know that even though the small business needs technology just as much as "BIG" business, it is much harder to afford. We provide relief to the small business owner in several ways.
* You concentrate on your business while we take care of your technology.
* Our fees are contract based, meaning you can plan and budget for technology, and know the entire cost in advance.
* Our exposure to thousands of business types means that we understand your technology needs often better than you do, and can keep you pointed in the right direction.
* Our experience in custom programming means we can often reuse portions of mature code developed for others as a framework for your custom program, meaning faster development time and lower development costs.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. At POS International, we help business owners keep their technology costs to a minimum so they can concentrate on what they know well, and that is their business. After a client has been with us for a while we develop a very friendly working relationship, because they often call with technology questions, which means that they trust us and our advice.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "Why is your custom programming so inexpensive?" is one of the questions we get asked most often. And the answer is that we charge fairly based on the effort we put into the project. That includes reusing code modules that were developed for other customers instead of starting from scratch. IE. a client database, user authentication and security, menu frameworks, etc.
It also means using development languages that are "Open Source", and do not have a per seat or per user license charge. This way we only charge for the work and not the language.
