Introduction: Just Chic Weddings provides affordable wedding planning and coordination services. Our services include full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination. Let us help you save time and money while helping organize your perfect day! We offer the following: * 'Day of' Coordination Package (Month Of) This package is for the couple who has the majority of their wedding done, but needs to make it all come together. We take care of every detail the 'day of', so you and your guests can enjoy yourselves. ~ Initial consultation to go over wedding plans ~ Unlimited email and phone support from one month prior to wedding ~ Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours) ~ Ensure everything goes smoothly, and address and manage conflicts or changes through event ~ We will be there to set up the decor and will not leave until the event is over ~ Set up escort cards, guestbooks, gifts, and cake tables and place favors, as needed ~ Assist with handing out wedding flowers to appropriate guests ~ Assist the bride with her dress bustle, veil, and any other accessories ~ Provide an emergency kit for any unexpected circumstances ~ Assist during photographs, and make sure that wedding party is in place for ceremony and reception entrance ~ Assist and cue bridal couple, wedding party and both families through ceremony and reception (toasts, dances, cake cutting, photos, etc.) ~ A detailed wedding timeline is developed and sent to other vendors, so all parties are on the same page ~ Coordinate all vendors and ensure that their contracts are fulfilled. We will then also confirm arrival and delivery times with vendors. ~ Additional consultation 2 weeks prior to wedding to review the final vision, the list of vendors, and anything that may still need to be done ~ Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors ~ Ensure gifts are placed in designated vehicles or rooms at end of night ~ Gather and secure all personal wedding items and decor at end of night ~ 1- 2 coordinators on the day of the wedding * Rehearsal Coordination Package ~ Initial consultation ~ Attendance and direction with officiant at the rehearsal (up to two hours) ~ We will then collect the wedding items to be set up on wedding day. This normally includes items such as candles, guest books, favors, toasting glasses, cake servers, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. * Partial Planning Package For the couple that has part of the planning complete and needs less help than a full-planning package, but a little more than a 'day of'. It allows the couple a major role in the planning and decision making, but has the assistance of a professional to guide them. * This is in addition to the 'day of' package: ~ Initial consultation to review wedding vision, all the planning that is completed to date, and go over what is still left to be done ~ Unlimited email and phone support throughout entire planning process, starting from initial meeting ~ Develop a monthly timeline and checklist ~ Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month ~ Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the bride to set appointments with ~ Attend one (local) vendor meeting of bridal couples choice ~ Review all contracts ~ A two-hour meeting during wedding month to include a walkthrough of wedding and reception site to go over setup and final details ~ Collection of items such as candles, guest books, favors, toasting glasses, cake servers, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. ~ Two coordinators on the day of the wedding * Full-Planning Package We will be part of your planning from start to finish, helping you save time and money and understanding every detail of your event. * This is an all-inclusive package and includes both the 'day of' and partial planning package: ~ Unlimited email and phone support throughout entire planning process, starting from initial meeting ~ Develop customized budget planner ~ Assistance in selection of your ceremony and reception site ~ Assistance in selecting your theme and style of wedding ~ Vendor selection that fits both your style and budget ~ Preliminary phone calls to verify vendor availability ~ Set vendor appointments around your availability ~ Schedule spa and salon services ~ Reserve hotel room block for guests ~ One visit each with the following vendors: ceremony site, reception site, photographer, videographer, caterer, entertainment and baker ~ Help select wedding stationary ~ Manage guest list, RSVPs and gifts ~ Discuss and recommend locations and themes for rehearsal dinner ~ Review and negotiate all vendor contracts ~ Provide couple with a vendor list after all vendors have been selected and confirmed ~ Two coordinators on the day of the wedding
