FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are prbably in the middle with pricing, but we provide the best quality of repair. We also provide free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that the customer sends photos to our email to get a quote. First send photos of the damage and then a photo of the whole piece to see what we are working on. We will schedule an appointment if there is too much damage or too many pieces of furniture to send photos. Once approval is given, we can do the work onsite or bring it into the shop. This depends on the type of damage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technicians have gone to technical classes to learn precision repair and restoration of furniture. We have 20 years experience in repairing and restoring of all types of wood furniture and wood fixtures. Our upholstering expert has been in upholstering for 30 years.
