- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are home of the 29$ service call, we will arrive at your home for only $29.00. However we do offer FREE estimates and do not charge the $29.00 when doing so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to find out what is the most important, saving money, allergy, indoor home comfort, investment property and much more. Each customer has a particular need and that is what we try to address. All new customers receive a complementary folder to keep all their HVAC records in. Once we have determined your problem we try to give you at 3 options for you to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to have continuing education every 2 years to keep our licensee active. All of our service techs go through continuing education classes all year long, we stay on the cutting edge of technology and provide our customers with the most reliable service.
