Where do I start when I have so much good to say? I had just about given up trying to find a painter for the interior of my home. I had someone prior to Lozano's and when he got his downpayment (50%), his communication with me dropped drastically and all of his enthusiasm for doing the job seemed to just disappear. After weeks of giving him opportunities to make things right, I fired him. I'd been looking for months for someone to do the job. My final effort was to try one more company, Lozano's. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he sat quietly and listened to everything I said before responding. He didn't cut me off once while I described my situation and my needs. It's been my experience that when I attempt to work with someone who offers a service of any kind that they cut me off and tell me what I need. The owner never once told me what I needed; instead, he asked what I needed and recited back what I said to confirm understanding. He wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. I got the feeling that he truly wanted to hear what I had to say so that he could offer services that fit my needs. I knew from this first call I was going to hire him. What I did not expect was the quote I was given after. I honestly thought I misread it. I was wrong. I was blown away by how good of a quote I was given. After him texting me a quote (and in a very timely manner), I simply replied to him "hired." I knew I found my guy. The happiness didn't end there. He showed up on time every single day he was scheduled to work. He absolutely worked his a$$ off, sometimes staying close to 10pm. I trusted him so much that I allowed him into my home many times when I wasn't there. His attention to detail when he was working was excellent. He spent so much time on every single wall, ceiling, and floor trim. He painted my house as if he were painting a million-dollar home and wanted it to look amazing. My house is nowhere near $1 million, but with the treatment I was given I surely felt like a million-dollar customer. Before he even completed the job, I hired him for another job (cabinet painting). He reminded me just by his strong degree of professionalism and his approachable, kind demeanor that good people really do still exist in this world.

Came out and quoted when he said he would. Gave a good price. Went through each step of the process. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Even checked with the owner of the house we liked the look of to get the paint colors they used. Touched up anywhere that I mentioned. Went through a couple of inspections along the way. Always asked for clarification of what was being painted what color. Made suggestions. Very helpful and accommodating. Masked everything necessary to keep the job clean. Good crew that worked well together. Only asked for a deposit to cover paint costs. 75% of payment was when he was completed and I was fully satisfied. My house looks fantastic. Almost new.

Incredible work. We needed the upstairs of our 100 year old home painted including some Tricky stairs. They were excellent. Meticulous, fair and very professional! Highly recommend and will use Mr. Lozano and his team again.

Jose Lazaro did a great job painting the exterior of my house. He even painted the wall light on the side of the garage. Everything looks wonderful and it was finished in one week. He did everything he promised at a reasonable price.
