FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Research properties for them to buy. Provide Market Data for properties that have sold, or are currently on the market. Negotiate Short Sales for home owners in a distressed situation. Purchase properties for investors at Foreclosure Auction Manage properties for investors and second home owners or absentee owners.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are two types of realtors. First you have the realtor who promises the moon, sends you dozens of potential properties to view, offers to show you some, but is very aggressive and even Pushy in the process. I am not that kind of realtor! Secondly you have a realtor, who listens to the needs of the client, who builds lasting relationships, who cares about the client after the sale. Who isn't just in the business to SELL one house and collect a commission but rather make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible. This is the kind of realtor I am. When interviewing agents, be cautious as to those who sound "too good to be true."
