Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Hauling away small furniture items at homes
or storage or on the curb. wherever the job
in Central Florida.
Thrift or consignment shops unsellable or
can't get rid of items.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look awhile before you make up your mind
and think about it and look for the quality and
respect in the provider, Just because he
charges does not make it a green light.
I respect all people and that they have to
provide, but doing what best for the work
and us make a must to read a few ads
and think about it.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Take advantage of every chance you get to
treat your customers like a friend and that
they feel satisfied w/the quality of your work
and what you put into it.
Do not cut corners. This is a service just for
the customer. You're not into it to make a
fast buck. This is for them.
Don't think of it as a job, think of it as helping a
friend. This is how you treat people.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Is the job going to be done? What about a
mess? Will I have to call someone else? Will
it be a hastle with the provider?
In all honesty when it comes to not knowing,
you never know what you will get. Even with
people you know.
I don't have nothing to gain but meeting
people and knowing their satisfied with
how hard I tried to make them happy.
That is my gain.
I get so happy making others happy
and doing a good job for them. That
is what makes it worth it.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I treat the customer's personal property like my own. By showing and operating safely, being organized, and simply by giving my all until the job is over this puts the customer's mind at ease and provides the greatest satisfaction to know that they feel that are being well taken care of.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting people with a smile and happiness and
them knowing i'm just as happy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why don't you charge? Satisfaction and respect and making them happy.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. This is the cool one we had. The customer had
his pieces in a storage shed and that was awesome.
Although it was 85 miles that is cool.
just to see the news and to see just how
nice that guy was and awesome
knowing how he kept his pieces
in good spaces..
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That I don't charge for a reason. Satisfaction and respect
and making them happy. That is my goal.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. My job is for the people so any education you learn is from being around people.
I can learn to better my work being around people.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. What is your objective when you come to estimate a tree job, and why?
Make the overall objective to offer the
customer the best quality and satisfaction
without charge.
While this does not make ends meet, I am satisfied
with knowing the customer really appreciates
my work and will call me back again and
spread my name around to others about my
work and this, my friend, is where true job
security comes to the fore by means of referrals
