Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning only specialize in pressure washing and have been serving the Gainesville and surrounding areas since 1999.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Mandrell's only use pressure on concrete or brick surfaces!! Otherwise it is a soft wash process to avoid damaging any other type of surface.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Licensed & Insured plus how long have been in business under your current company name? Plus check out the company website.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will your pressure harm or remove our paint off our home? We use what is known as a soft wash when washing an exterior house/home or shingle roofs to avoid damaging the paint finish or removing rock granules from the asphalt shingles while rinsing. The only time pressure is used is when we are power washing a concrete or brick surface and a little more pressure is needed over chemical usage in order to remove deep-rooted dirt or stains.
