Introduction: I've been an educator for almost 19 years. I started off as a middle school teacher, then I became a high school college and career counselor, a college academic adviser, an education researcher, a college program developer, a college Assistant Dean then a Dean at a large community college. I love learning and I've been tutoring since the age of 16. I have various instructional approaches that I use to ensure student success and to help students with their confidence as well. My passion for education and to see students succeed is one of the key components to my students' success. In addition, my ability to make the content applicable and just "make sense" provides students with a learning experience where they are more likely to retain the information they learn.
