Our services include: * Trash outs initial cleaning and refresh as scheduled evictions * Personal property removal and storage vehicle removal * Storage lock outs, change locks, secure garage and outbuildings * Install coded lockbox with new keys * Inside demo water damaged drywall carpets and padding * Repair minor drywall damage and interior painting * General electrical, plumbing repairs and drain cleaning * Repair or replace screens, boarding damaged windows and doors as needed to secure property * Drain clean and secure pool and hot tubs * Insect and rodent infestation removal or treatment * Minor roof repairs or tarping as needed to protect property from water damage hazardous material * Tire removal, complete lawn maintenance and debris removal * Re-cuts and refreshes done as scheduled by property owner * All work is done to HUD specifications unless otherwise requested by the property owner * Storage and towing fees will apply to personal property and vehicles stored
