- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I still work as a headhunter part-time. So I am constantly learning as I read through resumes, talk with hiring authorities at companies, and interact with the business community.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working as a headhunter, I see a lot of resumes that are awful, then I meet the candidates and see how great they are. Also, when meeting these candidates I see that sometimes they lack direction and goals. Many are not well prepped for an interview. I knew that I could help them.
