Yesterday was a great day for me and my wife but it could have been a disaster if I did not use North American Master Lines. Let me clear the matter. We had a terrible experience when we move in 2007 and that was only because of the movers we used that time but yesterday we had a perfect move within our budget and within a very short time. It was possible because we used North American Master Lines but I did a lot of research before hiring them. I read many reviews about different movers and called many companies but after talking to their sales person I decided to hire them. I was absolutely right this time and that is why we got the best move of our life. I would like to recommend North American Master Lines to everyone because they are one of the best to hire.

One of my greatest fears is a bad move. I hate to move because it means loss of money and things. Last year when I moved, those movers were so bad that they actually made my life a living hell. That was a horrible experience that I want to forget. But this time my luck changed and I got the opposite service from these movers. Obviously I am talking about the movers of North American Master Lines. They not only managed the move perfectly they also gave me some suggestions, which saved some money. I also liked the way they interacted with my pet and kids. Overall, I am more than just satisfied. I am sure that they have many more happy customers like me. They are highly recommended.

There are lots of moving companies to use but I always prefer to use North American Master Lines because they always offer me the best deal and their movers never failed to deliver nothing less than a perfect move. Last week they were involved again in an awesome move. First of all, I got a terrific deal from their sales rep and then their movers did everything necessary for a great move. They came on time, wrapped and moved everything at the new place and stored exactly how I wanted. As expected, there was not a single mistake by the movers. Though I was worried about the newly bought crystal and glass ware, fragile items, glass shelves, old furniture and the chandelier but nothing went wrong. To be honest, I am not surprised at all because I did expect such service from North American Master Lines. I guess I will never try any other movers because I dont need to. I know that I have the luxury to use North American Master Lines anytime I want.

I just hate to move like many others but last week I had to move to a new house with my wife and pet for all good reasons. As I am a very lazy person, so I decided to hire professionals for the move and as the process I hired North American Master Lines. But they were not known to me. Actually my uncle recommended their name to me and gave me their number. So, I called them and discussed the issue with the sales rep. He was very smart to figure out my exact needs and then he offered me a deal; which was well within my budget. However, I was hoping to have good service but they ensured me the best service. Movers are very punctual. They came 9am sharp and completed the move about half an hour before the allotted time. They had the complete control over the situation. Though there were several obstacles but movers did use their experience and skills to overcome the odds. After checking the inventory, I felt really good. It was a treat to watch all my belongings in great condition after the move. I am very happy with the way things have gone. I recommend North American Master Lines.

Missing stuff & no effort to find it from their side.
We used North American Master Lines company for our move from Clearwater FL. to Canton MI. Our order no. V7835371 was picked up on 9/13.The lot no. was 641326 . We received our stuff last Saturday 10/5.Victor and team picked all our stuff but some of it was missing,missing items included:
1- 9 boxes ( out of which driver found 2 and safely delivered on his way back)
2- 1 Samsonite hard cover suitcase ( navy blue in color)
3- 1 Bike
Our request to you is that please help us and try to locate these as they contain very important stuff . The driver was kind enough to deliver us 2 boxes which he found.Blue suitcase and few boxes contains very valuable stuff and some important documents/ papers also a box of expensive books. Driver says that few items & boxes were not tagged and inventory list was not complete.
Above all this when we call,it seems no one is concerned about the loss,they r rude & don't want to take initiative to locate the stuff.if they want they can question their staff / storage etc. & can easily find out what happened but only if they want to.
I AGAIN ask BRAIN HELLER to please HELP.
