I've had quite a few instructors in the past couple of years, and Alena was right at the top, if not the best. She was very responsive and punctual as well. I gained thorough feedback on my weak spots and saw improvement over 4 sessions that I was not expecting. I will definitely be staying with her instruction in the future.

She is a wonderful coach, and her positive portrait as a coach is created not only from a high-quality training structure, an excellent effect after visiting them, but also from the fact that the coach is looking for the right approach to you, and most importantly, he finds it!
