About a month ago i was studying for one of my board exams when out of nowhere my internet connection stopped working on my laptop. I don't have much experience with computers besides surfing the net and using office, so i contacted Giancarlo from precision computer solution. Within the hr he was at my house resolving my connectivity issue. I was able to continue my studying and 2 days later i took my exam and passed :)

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The key to good service is the ability to listen to the customer and understand there issue by putting your self in there shoes
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Knowing the basics is key. There's allot of techs out there that take advantage of the client not knowing much about computer. I just want to help and educate my clients and have the ability to provide a friendly service.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. They should as for the years of experience, There educational history, and if possible a couple customer references.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I get the job done right the first time. I am a hardworking individual with great work ethic. My goal is to make sure my clients are happy and satisfied with the work performed.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like the fact that i get to do what i love for a living every day, and i never stop learning and advancing in my field.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. My work ethic and the ability that i have to succeed at what i set my mind on doing. There is nothing more important than the determination one has to succeed and accomplish there goal.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have always been drawn to technology. Its something I've always been good at. I figured why fight it and do what i love and enjoy.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes i do. I have a great library at home where i constantly continue to read and study for new technology advancements. At the moment i am also attending college.
