A. PHone support and dial in support is not support but a small remedy to a computer problem. On-site support 24-7 is true support and what fixes pc problems. Also, If you have to carry a computer in and wait a few days, it is not support..Geeks are learning Experts fix it!

A. Do you offer warranty on your repair.

A. Have at least 3 important needs when you purchase a product and make sure they show you the feature to get those needs met...

A. It's always a different repair and I enjoy fixing something not working and seeing the customer happy.

A. A Customer had 4 techs go fix something and they could'nt. All of them told the customer they were experts, I fixed the problem in 20 min and the customer told me that...I told him the repair was first grade computer knowledge.

A. On-Site 24-7 Support is what a business needs not a recording on the weekends or after 5pm.

A. A Recent Network Installation with serveral computers and the customer was so happy he invited to dinner at his home and referred me 3 business associates.

A. Yes, Constant reading and Lab Work on New Hardware and OS Like Windows 7 Deployement and The New Microsoft Windows Server for Business.

A. YEs, Many Like The New Fanless PC's, Touchscreen Computers, 3 year warranties and overnight part exchanges...

A. Consisted of installing and deploying 10 computers with Windows 7 OS and Microsoft Server. Took 4 days to complete the install part and special pricing was given..

A. No, pricing should be easy to tell a customer it is billed hourly or based on a specific computer task.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. IF you don't like to run emergency calls at 2 or 3 am..or on the Weekends don't get involved. Customer Want Full Support at any time no matter what.
