- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of tech jobs I receive are virus infections. Many people get infected because they do not have anti virus software, they don't update their software (ie:Java, Browsers), surf malicious websites and others. Another common type of tech call is for computers that won't start. This is mostly caused by hardware such as memory, hard drive or motherboard. A good tech will tell you what the problem and fix it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A good tech understands what they can and cannot handle. Experience is key! An honest tech will give you good advice and charge a reasonable fee. Look for a tech you can depend on in the future.
