Marc - The past six months we have worked together have been a positive experience for me and my husband. I can honestly say that with all of the horror stories, I did not even want to venture into something like this; let alone a construction project. Your site superintendant, Jose...was awsome! You guys did a great job and will definately recomend you in the future.

    Thanks, Deb

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I dedicate a blog "South Florida Construction Talk" and it is dedicated to specifically to what you need to watch out for. I have provided a link below to get an example of a recent case and what to do to protect yourself.

I hold FREE Consultation meetings to explain exactly what you need and look for before making that major lifelong decision. I promise, we will make it easier.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our firm is comprised of Architects, Consulting Engineers and General Contractors working in unison and where we really stand out is that all coordination, planning, site supervision and construction is done in-house. We pride ourselves on being able to take a construction project from the start to completion.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Project Management, intercoordination within the organizaton and client interaction. All of our employees are trained in-house by each of the principals.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Generally Speaking, the two most frequently questions we are asked is How long will the plannning, permitting and construction will take. We outline and detail a comprehensive chart (timeline) of exactly how long the process will take. The technologies of a continual update take the question out of meeting the deadline. Open communication through any type of media tightens the gap. Constant collaboration with the owner and staff is essential to the success of the project.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, extensive continuing education
My partner and I do the mandatory 32 hrs every two years, which is required by state. However, we do go further, our profressional associations require continued education. Finally, once a year we perform a seminar for the Realtors, of which; they get CIU Credits for attending.
