Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We specialize in providing regular planned maintenance for commercial and institutional customers. Those customers also get preferred pricing when they need repairs and replacement equipment.
We also have a growing list of regular residential customers. We provide free estimates on new AC systems including those earning F.P.&L. rebates. Some new installations also qualify for a Federal tax credit up to $1500.00 (that program ends 13/31/2010)

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Start by getting the contractors license number and verify the information at myflorida.com. Ask for referrals.

Get second opimions on any offer that seems too good to be true. This is very important in cases were the special offer is ony good if you purchase it right away.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Quality - all our work meets or exceeds current building codes. Our inspections on new installations regularly elicit not just a passing mark but the highest praise by the code inspectors.
Integrity - Our advice as to what your AC needs is always aimed at your best interests - not ours.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Solving AC service problems takes both experience and insight. Collecting the "clues" and solving the problem in the fastest, most cost effective way is very rewarding. We have continued to grow since our inception in 1996 due almost solely as a result of word of mouth. Call us and find out why our customers love our service so that they go out of their way to recommend us to their friends.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most frequent question these days is whether an investment in a new high efficiency AC system is really worth the money. The answer is that if you intend to stay in the home for at least 2-3 years your new AC will pay for itself. The larger and older your current system; the faster the payback.
