- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Sharpe Properties was the property manager and oversaw the construction project at the Miller Heights Shopping Center, located at 9375 SW 56th Street, Miami, Florida 33165. This shopping center had a major renovation to its facade, and parking lot. The building's storefront windows were replaced with impact glass going from floor to ceiling, and a new roof was installed. As a result of the renovation project, Dollar General became interested, and recently opened up as an anchor tenant.
