- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pegas has a one of the areas strongest reputation of providing an honest, transparent, and highly competitive prices to both new and existing customers. We are able to offer some of the most competitive prices in the industry because our technicians are incredibly qualified and knowledgeable about resolving customer challenges. Therefore, we are very efficient with our time and can pass that savings to customers. We also view our business as a long-term partnership and reward returning customers by providing discounted pricing for returning customers and or full service maintenance contracts that also help reduce costs for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us a message anytime and let us know what challenge you have or what you’re looking to accomplish. Please provide as much detail as possible especially if you have the year make and model. Please also let us know your location and if the isssue is critical or can be completed as soon as possible. One of our technicians will contact you within approximately an hour.

Our technicians have earned degrees, sometimes multiple degrees, and/or certifications that relate to their work in order to deliver the highest quality services and solutions for customers.
