I had a great experience collaborating with Norelys on design solutions for my property. In addition to offering a bang for one’s buck, she is very open to what clients have to say rather than imposing her ideas for solutions. She was completely accessible from 9 am to midnight 7 days a week via phone or text and at no extra cost, which made all the difference in the world. These people have no idea what they are doing! I gave them a deposit of over $2000.00. After 5 weeks, nothing to show, and I was asked to measure. They don’t even have the basic knowledge of building code, or getting a survey. They told me that a survey costs $100. Lol. I asked politely for the return of the deposit, and we will see. These are not professionals!
