Super amazing person to deal with. The options are great and the food is delicious. Presentation is mouth watering. Chef Anthony is on top of my list. We recommend him to everyone who is looking for a catering or private event.

I have been using Chef Anthony for years as part of my Girls Night In events. He always arrives early, arranges the dishes with a beautiful presentation and the food is always perfect! He has a wide range of talents and can meet any budget! Often my friends and guests hire him again for intimate dinners as a private chef! I would highly recommend him and make sure to ask for his home made smoked fish dish--its soooo delish!

Chef Anthony was excellent!!! I've had him cook twice, and would recommend him to anyone.... His food is fresh, tasty, and a great price. He makes accommodations when something wasnt available; And added a of touch of creativity.
