Our Process for Working with New Customers Initial Contact Customers reach out via phone, email, or website. Consultation Discuss event details and lighting needs. Conduct a site visit if possible. Proposal and Design Create a customized proposal with lighting design and pricing. Review and adjust the proposal as needed. Planning and Coordination Plan logistics and coordinate with other vendors. Setup and Installation Install and test lighting equipment at the venue. Event Day Provide on-site support and dynamic lighting control. Post-Event Teardown equipment and follow up with the customer.

Technical Skills. Industry-recognized certifications in lighting design and technology, such as those from the Entertainment Services and Technology, Professional Lighting and Sound Association, specialized lighting design software: ONYX
