Additionally, I charge a reasonable rate because I have minimal overhead expenses, I do not run an office and it's that savings that's reflected in my estimates. He was able to come out right away when I lost power and thought the breaker blew. He did an inspection and determined that my breaker was good and sending power so it was the gfi outlet that had the issue and needed to be replaced. He had it on his truck and took care if it right away. He's the guy to call if you want to get the job done with no extra run around.

I could not recommend Motie enough. My mom’s AC was broken, but the tech discovered she had a damaged circuit panel that could have resulted in a fire. They couldn’t repair her AC without electrical work so I reached out to Motie on a Sunday morning, and within an hour he was at her house assessing what needed to be done. He quickly got to work replacing her circuit panel completely. He was kind, courteous and punctual. This guy knows his stuff! I have worked with so many people over the years, and it’s clear that Motie is one of the good ones. I won’t go to anyone else for electrical work moving forward. Thanks again!!

Movie did a great job, before he started he explained what he had to do and if I was ok with it. Started at 10 finished at 1, explained and detailed what was done and thereafter. Will recommend him to anyone seeking breaker panel work exclusively.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a reasonable quote from the start, I only give discounts to repeat customers. I do consider discounts for potential clients that may be going through a crisis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very simple process, that keep my overhead down, I request a 50% deposit before commencement and the balance on completion, this applies to new and existing customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and I have a diploma in electrical engineering along with a technical diploma from 4 year of apprenticeship program in addition to an electrical license.
