If you are looking for a thorough and professional Home Inspection call RMI, because of the meticulous inspection they performed I saved a substantial amount of monies due to a water leak problem all others missed. Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We Provide an 100 Day Inspection Warranty Coverage along with a BuildFax Permit Search at NO ADDITIONAL COST. No other inspection company in South Florida offers the same!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is your prices based on? Our prices is based on square footage. The more square footage you have the more work we have to perform. Prices should not be based on your location or how far away you are like some of our competition.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was a county inspector for 19 years and a firefighter for 31 years. Very rewarding field.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes. It is a State of Florida license requirement prior to re-newing your license. We go one step further. Our company requires our inspectors to double the minimum required hours each and every year to stay above the standard of practice. We are always looking into new technology in order to perform our job better and easier. The recent addition has been the infrared thermography camera.
