- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first consultation takes place at the client's house or commercial space. This is a very important moment to begin the design process. It's when I get to know my customers and their needs and design preferences. I go through a sort of "interview" to make sure I won't miss anything important for them. No detail is irrelevant, what is important for them and in their life will have a great impact on the way the design will be created. After that, depending on the project, I will create design visual boards to make sure the design is coming to life in a way that will satisfy the customer. Visual boards will be completed with specification sheets and details of furniture, finishes, materials, accessories etc... When all of this is decided, I will handle the process of buying furniture and accessories for a smooth and complete result. My team can take care of all installation, from pictures hanging to furniture assembly and we also offer cleaning services to achieve impeccable results. However, every project is different and very personal, and this is just an example of a standard process, but it would vary depending on size, complexity and preferences.
