This is the most honest Review about this extraordinary PT , Nelson!!
I met him during very tough time in my life, after chemotherapy, unable to do many basic tasks such as getting off the floor, or taking off a shirt .. not even dreaming of being able to run, with pain taking over my life. I started working out with him , and have seen visible progress, as he was able to combine stretching, strength, and mental coaching, in every session.. and always kind and professional and assertive. I highly recommend him if you want to see results and achieve your goals, Nelson Acosta is the answer.
