As a property management company, your goal is to keep repair costs low. SO your vendors have to be not only inexpensive, but qualified and licensed to do the job correctly the first time. We can help.
Don Moe Services specialized in Air Conditioning and heater repair, installations, sales and service. We give you ALL the options, recommencations, and do the job right. We CAN pull permits, get you the best price on a new system, keep our trucks VERY well-stocked, and pride ourselves on our workmanship.
Currently, we work with five different property management companies as well as subcontract work from some larger chain A/C companies. We also have our own customer base, so we are working almost every minute of the day. But we can service your tenants too.
We also handle appliance repair at VERY fair prices. We can buy the parts to fix the problem, or outright buy a new unit if you are having a problem finding one to fit your specific needs.
