I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Life Coach. My specialties include couples therapy, women's issues, wellness, mind-body healing modalities, spirituality, and career transitions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to verify person's credentials. There are many people who call themselves coaches after just a weekend course. In addition to my graduate training I completed a 6 months intensive coaching course with an accredited institution, Institute for Life Coach Training.
