Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. the material is so important and the warrenty the manufacture provides and be made in the USA.
I've been around the business all my life I've seen manufacturs come and go,I don't want to use some
other country's film and if asked to, I simply say NO.
I've heard to many bad story's and thats how your remembered by the outcome. and if the job goes bad quick.The provider did a bad job not the manufacture
but most of the time its the film and the costumer does not know the differance.I think thats why you should use someone in a location to do your job not a trunk worker
they never come back and hard to get them back on the phone.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. where have you been for the last five years and if its the same location. I've been at the same location with my Brother Alan since 1999.we have a wide range of customers with the same needs and wants and get it
right the first time thats way they keep coming back.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I'm a seasoned professional, done it all .have no fear
of hights on a ladder and can handle it into and out. and sometimes if time to clean the outside windows for a little extra.as a owner/ operator you can get more for your buck

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. travel ,quest , view , people in there invironment,cleaning the windows then filming them.witch I'm very good at doing by the way.
when applying the film and feeling the immeditate gradifacation and know the film provides years of protection and comfort for my customer.Doing it right the first time. and then getting Paid.then I pay a bill and on and on for 25 years. I didn't feel the time go by, cause I am having to much fun. I love what I do

when you first met a woman you have no idea of her skill
and strength until some one refures her.Thats why I'm still
around.I mostly asked why don't I hire... then I would miss your view from your window you need filmed and thats were I have a hard time with shareing the job I've created for ME ! my job, its what I do. until I find someone I can truly trust.until then Works for me and I'm OK with that and I hope you are too.
