Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy my daily interaction with my customers. I feel like a educator in some aspects as I like to tell my clients exactly what I'm doing and provide my opinion on better cost effective ways. My clients enjoys that and so do I. Another thing that I like the most is the ability to work on different and challenging projects very frequently. Technology is always changing.

A. Does your service come with a warranty? Yes, all our cabling comes with a 20 year warranty against defects and malfunctions if it ever happens.

Do you charge a different rate for phone support? No, once you are our client, we treat you like family. Simple questions or easy fixes over phone we don't charge for. Just one of the perks for doing business with us.
